Two plans. The same app. 14 days free.

Both plans include everything in Onform. The only difference is how many trainers and clients you have. Your 14 free days start when you set up your business in the app. Subscribe when you are ready: we send you a secure Stripe payment link, you are charged that day, then monthly, and any free days you have left end then.

How it works

  1. Get the appOnform is on iPhone and coming soon to the App Store. Until then, we send you the install link on WhatsApp.
  2. Sign in and use it free for 14 daysAdd your clients, or paste in the list you already keep. No card needed.
  3. SubscribePick a plan above and we send you a secure Stripe payment link on WhatsApp. Pay with the email you sign in with. You are charged that day, then monthly.

Questions trainers ask

Does Onform take a cut of my sessions?

No. Onform never takes a payment and never touches your money. Your clients pay you the way they do now — Aani, bank transfer, cash or your own card link — and you mark it received. The monthly plan is the only thing you pay us.

Do my clients pay for their app?

No. Your clients use the same app for free. You send each client a link, and they sign in to see their own sessions, packs and programme.

What happens on day 15?

Your free days end. If you have not subscribed yet, we email you a link to subscribe. Nothing you added is deleted.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, look things up and export everything as spreadsheets.

Can I bring the clients I already have?

Yes. Paste in a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp list and Onform reads the names, phone numbers and packs, shows you what it found, and imports them.

Is it on Android?

Onform is on iPhone. Your clients need an iPhone to use their side of it.

Can I move from Essential to Pro?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we move your account across.
