Onform is a booking and record-keeping app for personal trainers and their clients. This page says exactly what the app collects, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What Onform collects

Your account. Name, email and phone number, so you can sign in and so your trainer (or your clients, if you are the trainer) know who they are talking to.

Training records. Sessions booked, packs purchased, attendance, and payments recorded against your account. If you train people, this is your business record. If you train with someone, this is your record of what you paid for and attended.

Apple Health, only if you allow it. With your permission, Onform reads your workouts, heart rate and energy from Apple Health so a session's calories and effort are accurate rather than estimated, and writes each completed session back to Apple Health so it counts toward your rings. You control this in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health, at any time, and Onform still works without it — the calorie and heart-rate figures are simply left blank rather than guessed.

Body measurements you choose to log — weight and similar figures you enter yourself. A client decides whether her trainer can see them; the switch is enforced by the database, not just hidden on screen, so turning it off means the trainer's app receives nothing, not a blanked-out row.

Location, only for trainers, only while the app is open. If you are a trainer, Onform can use your device's current location to sort your client list by who is nearest, so you drive less between sessions. It is read only while the app is open in the foreground, never in the background, and never stored — Onform does not keep a history of where you have been. Clients are never asked for their location; a client's address is one she enters herself when she books.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe, not stored on Onform's own servers. While this app is in development, all payments run in Stripe's test mode — no real card is charged. This policy will say plainly, in this same section, the day that changes.

Who can see what

Onform is built so that a trainer sees only his own clients, and a client sees only her own records — enforced at the database level, not by the screen you happen to be looking at. A trainer with more than one business, or a client who trains with more than one person, never sees the other side's data by accident.

What Onform does not do

• No advertising, and no analytics or tracking software of any kind is built into the app.
• Your data is never sold, rented or shared with a third party for marketing.
• Health and measurement data is never used to train a model, profile you, or serve you anything — it exists to make your own sessions accurate, and for nothing else.

Where your data lives

Onform's database runs on Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Transactional email (booking confirmations, receipts) is sent through Resend.

Deleting your account

Every account can be deleted from inside the app — Account → Delete account. What that removes depends on your role, and the app tells you exactly which before you confirm:

• If you are a client: your login, and your name, email and phone as Onform holds them, are removed. Your Health permission and notification settings go too. The sessions you trained and what you paid stay on your trainer's side — that is his business record and his tax record, the same way a bank keeps its record of a transfer after you close your account with them.
• If you are a trainer: your login, and your name, email, phone, photo, areas and certifications, are removed. The hours you delivered and the money recorded against them stay, because they are your clients' record of who trained them — your name on those records is replaced with "Deleted account" so nobody else's history breaks.

This is the same rule a bank or a booking platform follows: deleting your own login does not erase the other party's record of a transaction that already happened.

Children

Onform is a business tool for adult trainers and their adult clients. It is not directed at children, and Onform does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If what Onform collects changes — most likely, when real payments or progress photos go live — this page is updated the same day, and the date at the top changes with it.
